St. Martin’s Day flavours, best shared

11–16 November 2026

Tender roast goose, warming goose ragout soup and a sweet finish — November is a good time to linger a little longer at the table. Celebrate St. Martin’s Day with us and discover the dishes we’ve prepared for the occasion.

From goose classics to a sweet finish

Some flavours belong to November. Our roast goose leg, served with braised cabbage, rösti and honey-glazed apple, is one of them. For something a little different, try our creamy goose liver brûlée with chilli mango and brioche, or start with a comforting bowl of goose ragout soup with matzo balls.

Save a little room for dessert: our Lúdláb cake comes layered in a glass.
